Hydraulic Grain Bin Centre Unload Systems
Circle King is convenient and economical. You need only one lightweight power head and bin sweep assembly, regardless of how many bins you have of similar size. The 7" unload tube is the only permanent part of the unload system. This 7” system will ‘feed’ an 8” auger because of the low slope of the Circle King. Expected loading time on a “Super B” is about 43 minutes with dry grain.
The Lightweight Power Head Flighting Assembly is inserted into the bin and all runoff is augered out. The Lightweight Bin Sweep is then carried through bin door opening and inserted on pivot point in centre of bin. The bin sweep starts on the right hand side of the unload tube and travels around the bin unassisted to the left hand side of the unload tube.
